What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, company), billing information processed by Stripe on our behalf, the domains and prompts you choose to track, and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to run the service securely.
How BYOK keys are handled
If you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity API keys, they are encrypted at rest with AES-256, decrypted only in memory for the duration of a run, and never written to logs. We do not use your keys for anything other than the runs you initiate.
How we use your data
To operate your account, run the visibility checks and content generation you request, send service emails (never marketing spam without opt-in), and improve the product based on aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
Third parties
We use Stripe for billing, standard cloud infrastructure for hosting, and — only when you enable them — the AI model providers you connect keys for. We don't sell your data.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard settings, or by emailing hello@rankahead.ai.
