Using rankahead
You may use rankahead to track, analyse and generate content for domains you own or are authorised to manage. Accounts are for your organisation's use; don't share login credentials outside your team.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans renew monthly via Stripe. The 7-day free trial can be cancelled anytime before it ends with no charge. After the trial, you can cancel at any time from your billing settings — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
BYOK usage
When you connect your own model provider keys, you are responsible for that provider's own terms, rate limits and costs. rankahead applies no markup on BYOK usage and is not liable for provider-side outages or pricing changes.
Content you generate
You own the content rankahead generates for your account. You're responsible for reviewing it before publishing — we build it to be accurate and citation-ready, but you make the final call before it goes live.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee an uninterrupted service. We'll communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
